- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival

Good to know before booking
- The house is located in a private nature reserve: Wild animals, including horses, roam freely
- Quiet and respectful behaviour is appreciated, no parties or large events
- No pets allowed
- For security reasons, guests must provide their full name, identification, details of any accompanying children, vehicle registration number, and estimated time of arrival before check-in. This information will be treated confidentially. Failure to provide this information in a timely manner may result in a delay or denial of check-in.
- Prices are per day and vary depending on the season.
- A final cleaning fee will be charged per booking.
- A standard security deposit for keys and any potential damages is required before check-in. The amount of this deposit is subject to change at our discretion.
- For stays of eight nights or more, complimentary cleaning during your stay, including fresh linens, is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with at least 24 hours' notice and are subject to an additional charge.
- Please note that to promote a sustainable and comfortable stay for all our guests, electricity consumption is subject to a fair-use policy that allows for reasonable daily usage. In rare cases of unusually high consumption, a small refund may be requested.
- Cancellation policy:
- Up to 15 days before arrival: free of charge
- Less than 14 days before arrival: the full amount paid is forfeited
