The house is thoughtfully designed across two levels, each offering its own atmosphere, views, and experience.
The upper level offers panoramic views across the lagoon and the ocean.
This is where the main living area and several bedrooms are located — filled with light, openness, and a sense of calm.
The lower level connects directly to the pool and outdoor areas.
It’s a more relaxed, social space — perfect for long afternoons, shared meals, and easy transitions between inside and outside.
